In-App Purchases

Shugo offers in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. All purchases are final and handled by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple. We do not process payments directly.

Content Blocking

Shugo blocks network requests based on filtering rules. While we strive to provide effective blocking, we make no guarantees that all unwanted content will be blocked or that legitimate content will never be affected. Some websites or services may not function correctly while Shugo is active.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Shugo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shugo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Your use of Shugo is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
